Chris has been collecting GPS data for electric utilities for over 25 years. He is also one of the most experienced data collectors in the industry, especially on URD electric systems. He has worked on 50 projects over the last few years. He has also served as project manager on 17 projects. He has 3 ½ years of college, with a major in GIS.
